[glow=violet,2,300] [/glow]The sun was shining through the dome and danced upon her face. She could only just feel its warmth against her pale skin. She sighed and started walking, to where she didn’t know, nor did she really care, where ever she end up was good enough for her. She didn’t know anyone here so she could spend as much time as she wanted out her wandering around, as it wasn’t like she had to be somewhere, or was suppose to meet someone somewhere.
She wore a black dress just above her knees and her boots rested just below her knees, her jacket was a deep purple and her hands where dug deep into the pockets. She didn’t look around she just kept her eyes on the road that she walked. There was no one around, she was all alone, she might have smiled was it not for the gloomy thoughts of imprisonment that loomed over her head… Quite literally…
She missed her father and her brother, she always thought about them, what were the doing, whether or not they were well or ill or whether or not they missed her as well. She would do anything just to see them again, hug her father and playfully punch her brothers arm. Thinking for their smiling faces made a single teat roll down her cheek and drip of the side of her face.
She took a deep breath and quickened her pace, maybe if she walked fast enough she might just be able to jump through time and space and be on the outside world.
Jordan looked up for the first time in what felt like hours and looked around. She saw a few headstones, a graveyard. She shrugging she walked over and strolled through the few graves. Reading the plaques as she went. It had been a long time since she visited her mothers grave, she knew she should have done it when she thought of it, because now she would never be able to visit again.
Spotting a tree nearby she wanders over to it and sits her knees up against her chest. She placed her chin on her knees and closed her eyes. A sigh left her lips and chirping of a bird nearby entered her ears. This was a world she never wanted to be in, it would be so much better if she had her father and brother with her, maybe then she wouldn’t be so scared. Scared to be alone.[glow=violet,2,300] [/glow]

ROSALINE !? [/font] [/center] With each bare-footed step, Rosaline pushed herself further and further towards the place that she sadly knew better than any other area of Neclymoure. As she neared the gate that closed off the graves from the rest of the outskirts, she couldn't help but wonder how many people even remembered her early history in this place, the reason why she visited the cemetery at least once a week.
Well, if they did, they would never say anything. Rosaline was very touchy about that subject, often going cold and not speaking when someone even mentioned a topic that was anywhere near that mental scar. The people that were there for that event got the idea: it was an off-limits zone for conversation.
So it went forgotten by most, Rosaline figured, and tossed the food of thought aside as her face sunk into a mourning yet peaceful expression. Her eyes were dry; she'd long ago stopped crying at her visits. Just as she neared the slab of stone that marked the place that her stillborn child laid, she caught the site of someone else.
Breathe released sharply and she looked away from the grave, studied the face of whoever it was that was there. Jordan. The name came to her suddenly as she remembered, and she smiled tightly in greeting. Even if she was passed the crying stage, and even though it'd been five years, when she was thinking about her daughter, she wasn't in anything near a social mood.
"Hey," she managed to greet quietly, and looked down, wondering what Jordan would think. She couldn't know anything about back then, Rosaline thought, unless someone had told her. And since the woman seemed a little anti-social, she strongly doubted anyone would be friendly enough with her yet to spill that secret of sorts.
Eyes shifting from the ground to Jordan's face, unsure on which to rest on, Rosaline sighed. She wasn't going to ask Jordan what she was doing here, too afraid that the question would be returned. Her hands follow the seems on her long dress/shirt that she'd made herself until they landed on the strings that tied around her natural waist. She twisted the fabric around her fingers until they were nearly purple, then released the pressure. It was a habit of hers to do so, usually only emerging when she didn't know what to say.
OOC: I thought I'd respond since the parade sorta died.. and yeah I sorta just added to Rosaline's history, heh =D

[glow=aqua,2,300] [/glow]Jordan opened her eyes and looked around the cemetery everything was still and there didn’t see nothing moving. She closed her eyes again and blocked out everything in her mind and concentrated on the sounds around her. Birds, crickets, distant laughing. She swallowed the lump in her throat as she listened to the happy laughing. She wondered what could be so funny. She wasn’t much of a laugher these days, she didn’t really have anyone to share her joy, the little she had left. There was a new sound footsteps, but they weren’t heavy like ones that were wearing shoes or boots. She struggled to open her eyes once more.
Her eyes adjusted to light and looked around. At first she didn’t see anyone, maybe she was just hearing things. She was doing that a lot lately for reasons she wasn’t yet sure of. Frown to herself she sighed and placed her chin on her knees again. A flicker in the corner of her eye caught her attention and she lifted her head slightly to investigate. It was a woman and as she got closer and noticed it to be Rosaline. She was someone she considered as a friend, she was nicer to her then most people she had met in this place. She wondered what she was doing here in a cemetery but she wouldn’t ask, as it might be personal.
“Hello Rosaline” She said noticing the dullness in her voice as she greeted Jordan. She got to her feet and brushed the dried grass from her dress. She stepped closer to her and smiled. She was happy she ran into someone today. Although Rosaline seemed in a mood just like hers, maybe Jordan company might be a comfort to Rosaline. It had been a little while since she had seen Rosaline to tell the truth a little here she actually kind of missed her. She was the only person she called a friend here and maybe being alone for a long period time, just seeing her lifted her spirit’s ever so slightly.
“How have you been?” She asked, looking at her face, she looked a little drawn and extremely troubled. If she needed someone to talk to then she would be here to listen. Jordan had always been a good listener, she might not always give the best advise but she sure as hell tried. Jordan didn’t know Rosaline all that well and she probably wouldn’t even tell Jordan what was bothering her, she didn’t mind she understood because most people had trust issues.[glow=aqua,2,300] [/glow] OOC: lol, yeah its a shame i was liking that thread.

ROSALINE !? [/font] [/center] Watching Jordan get up and dust the grass of her dress, Rosaline smoothed out her own clothing. The shirt was long, long enough to be considered a short dress, but she wore pants underneath anyways, not wanting to be too showy. She'd also cuffed the bottom of the denim to make it shorter, because it was getting rather warm inside the dome. The green-house affect of the glass (or whatever it was made of) was one of Rosaline's least favorite things about living in Neclymoure. At the thought, she swished her hair around to one shoulder so the air brushed her neck.
“How have you been?” Rosaline chuckled, even though it wasn't funny, and she wasn't smiling. Out of all the places she could run into Jordan and talk to her, out of all the times, it had to be here, in a cemetery, and now, when she was in the mood for quiet mourning.
But she would have to be a good sport about it. As far as she knew, Rosaline was the only thing Jordan had that was close to a friend. And Rosaline wouldn't want her to be lonely; she would try to make small talk. "I've been fine, good." Because she used the word "been," it wasn't really a lie, but she still wasn't telling the whole truth, and she never liked that. If it wasn't necessary, she didn't like lying in any ol' conversation. "Er, ya know, just not very awesome at the moment," Rosaline added and, hoping the girl would understand what she meant, walked forward, closer to Jordan.
She tried to avoid stepping on any place where there might be someone buried as she walked forward, but it was actually quite hard. The area fenced off for the graves and mourning was small, and there weren't that many people that had died in Neclymoure, but Rosaline had noticed that there were actually a lot of fake graves in the yard. People had put them down so they could mourn the loss of family and friends in the real world. So it was hard to avoid stepping over where people lay when you weren't sure if anyone was even down there.
Sighing, she tried to shake away the thoughts of death and sorrow. "What about you?" she asked once reaching the correct distance from the person she spoke to. Suddenly, she was curious about what kind of life Jordan had. Rosaline didn't know anything about her, anything about her history, or how she felt about coming here.. Certainly, now was not the time to ask, though.
OOC: yea i know D<

[glow=violet,2,300] [/glow]Jordan smiled as Rosalie replied to her first question, and she fiddled with the inside of her coat pocket. Jordan’s slowly fade but she didn’t leave her face with worry as Rosaline continued to talk. Jordan could only not half tell that she wasn’t feeling awesome, as she could see it in her eyes, but she didn’t press the matter. She wanted to reach out and comfort Rosaline but she didn’t want to freak the poor girl out as she already seemed to have enough on her plate at the moment. Jordan had the impulse to comfort without even knowing the problem, she had always been like that.
“Yes, well we all have those days” Jordan said giving Rosaline a reassuring smile and she lightly touch her shoulder but removed it quickly as she wasn’t sure whether or not her new friend liked to be touched when she was down. She chewed the inside of her lip nervously, she didn’t want to make things worse to Rosaline, whatever it was that was bothering her. Jordan thought about Rosaline’s next question, she knew how she would answer her right away. Jordan was pretty open with everyone on how she was feeling, an honest question, comes an honest answer.
“Lonely… but I suppose I can’t complain what’s the point right?” She said giving a sigh. Jordan thought about whether or not Rosaline was Lonely, sure she had been here longer then Jordan and she had longer to get to know the other people and make friends with them, but all that didn’t mean a thing. Even with friends she still could have been lonely, missing the people that she could have left behind when she brought here. Jordan knew that she missed everyone and she was frustrated as she didn’t even know it they were alright, or whether they were missing her as much as she was missing them.
Jordan thought about her family everyday and everyday she wished that she was with them again, and she still thought long and hard about why she had been brought here in the first place, there was no warning of her abduction, she thought on whether was filled in on where she had been taken and why. She doubted it though as why would they tell her family on the secret location of where her daughter was about to be imprisoned. If her father knew about this place he would have been trying to get her out by now. She wouldn’t want him come here he had done nothing wrong and didn’t deserve it. She looked up to Rosaline and smiled, although it wasn’t one hundred percent genuine but it was still a smile none the less.

ROSALINE !? [/font] [/center] Rosaline nodded. She wasn't usually one to be in a crappy mood, but she always prepared herself for it when she came here, and because of that, if something interrupted her, she usually got stuck with said feeling. She usually just had to sleep it off.
Taking a deep breathe, she tried to be light about it. "Yeah, I guess that's true," she said, and didn't mind when Jordan reached out to comfort her. She was a bit surprised, but she didn't let it show on her face. And she was only surprised because she didn't understand why Jordan didn't have anymore friends; she was obviously a caring person.
Or maybe she didn't want friends? Rosaline almost settled on that thought until Jordan said that she was lonely. "Oh!" A tad bit of surprise leaked into her voice, but Rosaline quickly thought up another response, not wanting to be rude at all. "I'm sorry.. I know a lot of people at Neclymoure miss their families and stuff.." She couldn't really venture too far into that subject, seeing as she didn't miss her family or the real world in general at all. She thought Neclymoure was so much better.
"You have us though, now," she offered, and pulled another smile, this one not as tight and a bit more friendly. It wasn't that Rosaline was really maternal, but she did feel strongly for Neclymoure and all of the people who lived there. It almost felt to her like it was her home and all the population were her children.
Well, it did sound motherly when she put it like that. Maybe she was more maternal than she gave herself credit for.
Back to the conversation, though. She couldn't let her thoughts wander that far, not when she was trying to talk to and possibly comfort Jordan. But she didn't know what to say besides what she had, didn't know what other kind words she could add to her original statement. So she veered off course, tried to find something else more pleasant to talk about. Speaking of loneliness didn't exactly help her mood, which was starting to drop back down again.
"Have you been to the library yet?" The question was completely random, but it was the first thing that popped into Rosaline's mind, and she let it spill right out of her mouth. Rosaline did like books, though, unlike a lot of people there who hated reading. Maybe she could take Jordan to the majestic place, she thought. The idea made her feel a little bit better, and she forgot about mourning for a second.

[glow=aqua,2,300] [/glow]For some people here having days that aren’t fantastic is a lot more common then you would expect. Jordan isn’t down all the time, some day’s she is quite happy just working out on the farm and making sure all her animals where alright. So she understand when someone isn’t having the best of days. She didn’t judge people. Just because someone isn’t in the mood for social activity doesn’t make them bad people.
Rosaline was right a lot of people missed their family, their old life, Jordan was one of them, just because she was lonely didn’t mean she was always upset. She had her animals and now she had Rosaline and apparently a lot other people in Neclymoure. She must have been right when she assumed that not all the people here were horrible people. If everyone was like Rosaline then maybe she was bound to have more friends.
“I’m sure I’m not the only one yearning for lost family” She said smiling slightly as Rosaline had opened her eyes to the fact that she wasn’t alone and the she had a family here. Everyone in Neclymoure was one big family. With every new member to Neclymoure the family grew. She wished that she had known this before that way she wouldn’t have been so anti social. Jordan couldn’t remove the smile that was now on her face.
“I’m glad to hear that, makes me feel so much better” She said looking at the ground the smile still on her face, a soft pink flushed her cheeks. It had been along time since someone had made her feel welcome. She wished her father was hear to meet Rosaline, Jordan knew that he would be quite fond of her, he probably would have so much to ask her and he probably wouldn’t be able to shut up, maybe it wasn’t a good idea if he was hear, she was sure that Rosaline didn’t want to have her ear talked off.
“No I haven’t” She said slight excitement in her voice, eyes wide. She hadn’t been near a book since before she was here, her father loved reading and had saved heaps of them from back in the day. He also taught her to read just in case something ever happened and she needed to used the ability. See it was her fault she didn’t know about the library here, if she had been a little bit more friendly she would have found this information out a little earlier.
“Is it wonderful?” She asked almost jumping up and down on the spot, she hadn’t been this excited about anything in a long time and she was almost bursting at the seams with happiness. She only hoped that Jordan’s excitement would rub off on Rosaline as she was just too pretty of a girl to be unhappy, even though she probably had her reasons but Jordan was here now to make her smile… hopefully.[glow=aqua,2,300] [/glow] OOC: Sorry about Jordan excitedness once she gets like that she sometimes get carried away, she is an odd being. lol

ROSALINE !? [/font] [/center] Another nod shook her hair into her face, and Rosaline had to scoop it back behind her ears. She should have tied her locks up that morning. Her fingers lifted up; she twisted the streaks of black into a bun quickly. It would fall out again soon, she knew, because there wasn't a hair clip to keep it in place, but it was a good temporary fix.
She smiled and this time she felt better. Her personality began to return. She would love to help Jordan out. How old was she? She couldn't be that old, not with the way she'd just bursted out in excitement over the library. Rosaline laughed lightly, pleased she'd found a proper topic. But still, she was left overly curious, wanting to know now how Jordan had ended up here. Shhh, that's none of your business.
"The library's pretty wonderful, yes. They have lots of old, old books in there." Rosaline started bubbling. She did have quite a strong love for books herself. And now she was bubbling even more, because Jordan obviously did, too. She'd never actually met someone else in the dome would have openly been a bibliophile. It was hard enough to find someone who even knew how to read here.
Eyes excitedly wandered a bit, the emotion from Jordan sinking in and infecting Rosaline. It was impossible to be in a mourning mood now; that would have to be reserved for later. Suddenly, she was looking back again, and her eyes sparkled. "I could take you, if you'd like," she suggested, grinning from ear to ear. "'Show you around and such?"
OOC: it's really short, sorry!
