Here's what I had in mind (there is much wiggle room):

The gang is out in the open. They've taken over small parts of the town. People are scared. People are mad. The council is trying to straighten things out, but they aren't police. Confusion is everywhere, and no one's sure what to do. Except, of course, the gang. They think they know exactly what to do.[/BLOCKQUOTE][/blockquote][/center]
WE NEED
Here's the thing with the council members: I'd like to be a bit more specific about them, since they'll be involved with more subplots than just this one. They have to have been in Neclymoure a while, they have to be of a decent age, and they can't be too insane. Just be sensible-- would they really be picked to lead a town? If yes, then great! If no, then don't try to apply anyways.. lol. Also, keep in mind that the council leader has yet to be picked. Maybe that will be decided during this subplot?

There aren't any auditions, except for the journalist. Go to The Times board for that, and then just specify that' you'll be writing about major events, etc.

Yet another note: The subplot has not official started yet. This is sort of like a thread for me to organizing everything. Once enough people fill the slots, I'll make an official thread with the full subplot description, including people names. After that, anyone can get involved as a protestor or someon with an opinion, or someone scared, etc. But these are the major parts.

Neclymoure has been running surprisngly smooth for a good five years or so. That is, that's what everyone thinks. There was the occasional robbery, pickpocketing, and other small crimes, but much thought was never put into it. Little did the people know that these small crimes were the start of a gang. The gang grew quietly in the shadows as life went on until they were ready to come out into the open. Their goal? To take over Neclymoure. Their motivation? Anger.
And now someone is kidnapped. Their disapearence went unknown for a few days, but then when someone noticed their absence on the streets, one thing became clear after only a day's research-- the girl was gone.
To top it off, the small crimes are now so frequent, a number of people are becomig outraged and blaming Neclymoure's council. Members are getting threats, and people are acting rather inappropriately. And one thing's in their mind:
"Anarchy!"

- Newspaper reporter (they must be very actives; I will send them info on what's happening and such, and then they can twist it around however they want to. This will be an important job, since there will be lots of small events in this subplot)
- Gang leader

The victim of kidnap>> Mariella Star- Protestors-- lots of them!
- Council members (Open spots: 4, for now)
